Upload a PDF, Office document, or ODF document. Utilitia will run the appropriate tests for the detected file type.
Submit document
Upload a single file: PDF, EPUB, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ODT, ODS, ODP, DOC, XLS albo PPT. The system will detect the file type and run the appropriate set of tests.
PDF is checked with the PDF/UA profile in veraPDF. Office and ODF documents are checked heuristically; ODF formats and older Microsoft Office formats may be converted by LibreOffice before analysis.
Results obtained after conversion should be treated as approximate, because changing the format may affect the document structure.
Errors indicate findings treated as certain. Warnings are signals for manual verification, and information describes technical issues or the file format.
A guest report will be public and accessible to anyone with the link. Completed guest document reports are subject to the same retention as guest analyses. Retention period for this submission: 30 days. Erroneous or unfinished file uploads are deleted after 1 day.
Utilitia analyses solely the technical aspects of documents related to their digital accessibility. The information contained in the documents you submit is not used for any purpose other than carrying out the accessibility audit, and its content is not aggregated.
